This website, www.bitemedental.co, is operated by Bloom Brands Group Ltd trading as Bite Me (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any dental or medical condition and does not constitute professional advice.
Our products are designed to complement, not replace, professional dental care. Always consult a qualified dentist or healthcare professional if you have any concerns, are pregnant, taking medication, or have an existing condition.

3. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed once your order is accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g. payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock availability).
4. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order
We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods listed on our website.
5. Subscriptions
If you select a subscription product:
• You will be charged automatically at the selected interval
• You will receive a renewal reminder email at least 5 days before each billing date
• You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us at support@bitemedental.co
• To avoid renewal, cancellations must be made at least 1 business day before billing
No minimum commitment applies unless stated.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, typically:
• Same working day for orders placed before 13:00 (Mon–Fri)
• Next working day otherwise
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if incorrect details are provided.
For international orders, customs duties or import charges may apply and are your responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date. We may require photographs of the outer packaging and contents in order to investigate. Failure to notify us within this period may limit our ability to investigate or offer a remedy.
7. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@bitemedental.co.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please note that our 30-day returns policy (see Section 8) is offered in addition to, and does not replace, these statutory rights.
8. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery, which is more generous than your statutory entitlement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a full refund:
• Items should be unused except to the extent necessary to inspect them
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging where possible
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.
Any claim submitted to us that is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent — including but not limited to claims relating to missing, damaged, or incorrect items — will be subject to thorough investigation. Where we identify evidence of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to reject the claim, recover any losses incurred, suspend or terminate the customer’s account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Fraudulent claims may result in civil action and/or criminal prosecution under applicable UK laws, including the Fraud Act 2006.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible — and in any event within 30 days of delivery — at support@bitemedental.co with details and, where possible, images of the issue.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights. We may need to arrange collection of the item(s) to complete an internal investigation. Please note that disposing of a product before we have had the opportunity to inspect it may limit our ability to process the related refund or replacement.
We are required to be informed of any complaint within 120 days of purchase. We cannot investigate or process any refund or replacement after this period.
10. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible — and ideally within 7 days — so we can investigate promptly.
Where a parcel is confirmed as delivered, we may require additional information to assist with investigation.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Your statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to us and is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
14. Resale
All products purchased via our online store are strictly for personal use and are not to be resold. We supply products to approved retail partners only, or exclusively through our authorised wholesale programme.
Any individual or business found to be reselling our products without express written consent, or outside of these terms, will be considered in breach of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief and/or damages, against unauthorised resellers.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the Bite Me brand and ensure consistent quality for all customers.

• If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
